Inspired by Makgeolli, the oldest alcoholic beverage in Korea, Makkoli Gose is a sour gose ale aged in an oak foudre with Unshiu Mikan (mandarin orange peel), jasmine flowers, and Pacific Northwest grown raspberries. This collaboration with RISE&WIN Brewing in Japan for the Fuji to Hood festival features flavors and aromas of dried citrus peel and jasmine flowers followed by hints of raspberry fruit. 6% ABV

Sang du Chêne, meaning “blood of the oak,” showcases sour blond and triple ales aged in three distinct oak vessels: toasted French and American oak puncheons, Cognac brandy hogsheads and aged wine foudres. Oak influences are the highlight, providing flavors of toasted sugars, vanillin and spice that are complemented by the bright acidity and fruity character of the base beers. The 2017 Sang du Chêne captures the marriage of wood and beer at its finest! 9.7% ABV

A tribute to the historic Flanders Red Ales of West Belgium (and a reference to the vibrant NW Flanders Street in downtown Portland), Northwest Flanders is our interpretation of the classic sour beer style that has inspired so many brewers around the world. A collaboration with our friends at Far Yeast Brewing in Yamanashi, Japan, this unique project is a sour beer interpretation of Far Yeast’s award-winning Kagua Rouge. My Grandpa Clyde was born in 1921, on the farm where he would live his entire 92 years. Clyde’s Dry cider is my tribute to his life and his love of the farm. It is a blend of more than a dozen varietals, including sweets and sharps grown on the family farm and loved by Grandpa, farming until his very last days. It draws its tannic character from the blend and the addition of some locally-picked Manchurian Crab apples. 6.9% ABV

La Familia Cider was founded in 2017 by the Gonzalez family, first-generation Mexican immigrants. Cooper's Hall Rose - 6 oz $9

A great example of a wine made in the vineyard instead of the winery. Our winemaker, Phil Kramer, tended these vines differently than the Pinot Noir he used for his red wine. This is a thoughtful, beautiful glass of rosé with balanced acidity; currently showing off some bold minerality. All vines are Pommard clone, 35 years old, own rooted, dry farmed and hand harvested. 13.9% ABV
