Basis is a tart, dry, and refreshing blond sour ale that serves as a base beer for many of our sours and is refreshing, crisp and delicious on its own. Aromas of fruit and funk are followed by tart and tropical flavors after aging in wine barrels for 3-6 months. 5.5% ABV

Upland Brewing Company: Crimson - 8 oz $4.5, 4 oz $3

Crimson, formerly released as Malefactor (which was formerly released as Gilgamesh), is an American take on a Belgian Flanders-style Red Ale. Upland’s twist on this classic brewing style is aging the beer for eight months in previously used bourbon barrels rather than white oak, which contributes to a slightly higher ABV than most Upland sours, clocking in at 10%. Crimson pours a dark copper beer with hues of red and amber. Long fermentation reveals aromas of plum, red wine and cherry. The bourbon barrels add subtle notes of charred dark oak to this medium-bodied sour ale. Crimson finishes dry with notes of tanginess. 11.2% ABV
Available in 2 oz $2.5

Bauman's Cider Company: Clyde's Dry 16 oz $7.50, 8 oz $4.50

My Grandpa Clyde was born in 1921, on the farm where he would live his entire 92 years. Clyde’s Dry cider is my tribute to his life and his love of the farm. It is a blend of more than a dozen varietals, including sweets and sharps grown on the family farm and loved by Grandpa, farming until his very last days. It draws its tannic character from the blend and the addition of some locally-picked Manchurian Crab apples. 6.9% ABV
Available in 4 oz $3.5

Cooper's Hall Rose - 6 oz $9

All vines are Pommard clone, 35 years old, own rooted, dry farmed and hand harvested. 13.9% ABV
