Intense oak flavors are met with savory lemon and dried fruit notes from the sumac and a subtle stone fruit aroma. 8.4% ABV

Citrus Noyaux consists of sour blond ale aged in oak wine barrels for up to two years with fresh orange, grapefruit, and lemon peels and apricot noyaux (noy-OH). We extract noyaux kernels from the pits of locally sourced apricots by hand and add them to the beer, imparting notes of almond and maraschino cherry that are complemented by the juicy fruit flavors of the citrus peel. 8.4% ABV

Pumpkin Smash 2022

View Description

Pumpkin Smash 2022 is a blend of quad ales aged in bourbon, rum and nocino (green walnut liqueur) barrels for up to 22 months with roast pumpkin, butternut squash and spices. Made with pumpkins grown on Portland’s Sauvie Island, this Northwest sour ale features robust pumpkin and spice flavors ending with a rich, warming finish. We bring in over 600 pounds of whole Cinderella pumpkins to be hand cut, oven-roasted and added directly to the barrels. We then infuse the beer with a variety of traditional pumpkin spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and clove – just enough to complement the character of the pumpkin. This limited project is ready to drink now, but will age well if stored in a cool, dark place, so enjoy Pumpkin Smash this fall or anytime throughout the year. 11.1% ABV

In the Spring of 2015, the crew from Bruery Terreux came up to discuss the blend and to brew the first batch of what was to become One Way Or Another. The following week, Bruery Terreux replicated the same recipe in their brewery. One Way Or Another is a blend of sour triple ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 16 months with regional ingredients: Oregon marionberries and California Meyer lemons.
