Cascade Apricot
8.5% ABV
Our Apricot has the intense aroma of Goldrich and Rival apricots, slow-ripened before being introduced to the beer. Based on a Belgian Tripel, this beer went through 16 months lactic fermentation and aging in French oak wine barrels, then rested on the fruit for four months before finishing.

Cascade Kriek Ale
7.3% ABV
Our Kriek spends over six months in lactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels. This NW style sour red ale is fermented for eight months with fresh whole Bing and sour pie cherries.

Sang Rouge
Sang Rouge: 8% ABV
Aged up to 30 months in oak barrels, this ale is a blend of as many as nine lots of aged reds, resulting in a very deep, rich and complex sour.

The Vine
8.3% ABV
This NW style sour blends soured tripel, blonde and golden ales that were then fermented with the juice of white wine grapes. It's a delicious offering that appeals to both beer and wine drinkers.

Bourbonic Plague
12% ABV
This blend of strong dark porters was aged in oak, wine and Bourbon barrels, then blended with a dark porter that had been brewed with vanilla beans and cinnamon. The blend was then aged an additional 14 months on dates.

Vlad the Imp Aler
10.3% ABV / 6 IBU
This strong NW sour is a blend of strong blonde quads and tripels aged in oak and Bourbon barrels, then further blended with spiced blondes and left to condition for an additional five months.

Summer Gose
Summer Gose: 5% ABV
A traditional German, slightly sour, spiced summer wheat beer, this is our take on a twice lost and revived German beer style. It's light and golden with a slightly salty finish.

Razberry Wheat
4.5% ABV / 18 IBU
This ruby pink wheat beer is crisp with a refreshing tartness and aroma of fresh raspberries.

Spring Gose
4.5% Abv
Our long awaited Spring Gose is a wheat beer made with German Pilsner malts. We brew it with chamomile, lemon peel, salt and both golden and purple culinary lavender flowers. Cascade's version of a Spring tonic!

Cascade IPA (India Pale Ale)
5.7 % Abv, 60 IBU
This light drinkable beer is a hop showcase. Bravo and Brewers Gold start it off with resins and spice that greet you in the nose. Brewers Gold, Perle and Calypso deliver a noticeable hop bite with a lingering spice that leaves you wanting another sip. Servus!

Saison (Seasonal)
6.6% Abv, 34 IBU
Our take on the traditional Belgian summer beer is warm conditioned and has a bright, clear orange color with a light taste that hints of licorice root and star anise. Hopped with Brewer's Gold and Golding's for their herbal flavors and finished with the floral Centennial to bring it all together.

Spring Ipanox (Seasonal)
6.5% Abv, 67 IBU
German Munich malt richness gives just enough body to balance the aggressive Amarillo hop used to brew our Spring Ipanox. Brewer's Gold, Amarillo and Crystal hops add a nice citrus touch to our celebratory Equinox offering!

Cascade Wheat
6% Abv, 28 IBU
Our pale, golden American style wheat is dry hopped after fermentation with the addition of Hallertau hops in the bright tank. This European varietals lends an herbal spicy note to this light and thirst quenching ale.

Portland Ale
5% ABV / 26 IBU
Combining German Pilsner and Noble aromatic hops makes this light bodied, straw colored ale a perfect choice for lager drinkers!

Red Eye Rye
4.7% Abv, 25 IBU
This red ale is a nice transition from lighter to darker hoppy beers. Delta and Crystal hops give this hop forward but balanced red ale notes of pine resin, spice and toasted malts in the nose. A sharp, though not aggressive hop bitterness from the Fuggles, Deltas and Goldings intermingles with the malts to finish off with a slight hop spice bite. Servus!

Bain de Brugge
8% Abv, 16 IBU
Our new seasonal spiced Belgian Porter brewed true to style. Rich and brown with hints of spice.

Gold Yeller
8% Abv, 11 IBU
Fight the Winter doldrums with this bright ale the color of summer sunshine! A sour blend of triples, quads and golden ales brewed in a limited quantity.

Defroster
7%Abv, 55 IBU
Winter Defroster is the fire orange color of our seldom seen winter sunsets. At 7% ABV our Holiday cheer, Defroster, is proof against the winter chill. Brewer's Gold, Fuggles and Goldings hops harkens us back to the height of summer. Defroster gives us just cause to celebrate the changing season and the Holidays of the Winter.

Cask Summer Solstice Ale (Seasonal)
6.25% ABV, 61 IBU - 12oz pour
Like it's keg conditioned counterpart, this Solstice offering is malty and smooth with a great hop flavor. Light and easy to enjoy with the added flavor of oak.

Summer Solstice IPA

Smooth, malty and lovingly hoppy our long awaited Solstice IPA is now on tap! Brewed with German Pilsner and Vienna malt, this summer sun quenching IPA celebrates the coming season of fun in the Northwest.

Gose
5% Abv - 12oz pour
A traditional German, slightly sour, spiced summer wheat beer. You won't find this brew too often and Ron & Curtis have done a great job! Light and golden with a slightly salty finish.

Nightfall
8% ABV
Nightfall Blackberry starts as a soured blonde wheat beer aged for 12 months in oak barrels, then laid on blackberries for another six. It features intense fruitiness and a concentrated color and aroma.

Autumn Gose
5%Abv
Try something new and old at the same time. Gose is a centuries old beer with our own Cascade twist. Orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon with a slight salty top note conjures up warm kitchens and wood fires.

Sang Noir
9.5% ABV / 8 IBU
This deep, dark double red was aged over a year in Pinot and Whiskey barrels, then blended with a barrel of Bing cherries. This deep and rich NW double red is one of our most complex winter offerings.

Frostkiller
8.75% Abv, 48 IBU
You won't be quite so chilly after a sip or two! Big, dark and tasty with a perfect hop balance of Brewer's Gold, Golding's and Amarillo. Weave a Winter's tale around the limited run of Cascade's Frostkiller.

Noyeaux
Noyeaux: 8.5% ABV / 13 IBU
This one-of-a-kind NW sour is a blend of Belgian strong blondes aged in white port barrels with raspberries, then blended with select barrels of strong blondes that were aged on the toasted meat from the apricot nut, or Noyeaux.

Dark Day IPA (Seasonal)
6.4% Abv, 55 IBU
This NW style sour ale shares a name with Peter Bouckaert, a friend and fellow sour beer appreciator. This is our inflection of a beer he used to make. This red ale was aged in oak barrels with cherries for 12 to 18 months. Tart dusty cherries and bright notes of acidic dark fruit vinegars and black currants greet you in the nose. Rich, tart dark cherries and pits sparkle on the palate. Tart acidic notes of sour pie cherries and light hints of sweet cinnamon, bright cherry skins and red peppercorns lead to a lingering tart dryness of aged cherries. Servus!

Winter Gose
6% ABV
This traditional German, slightly sour, spiced beer features a seasonal twist from the brewers, with additions of cranberries, hibiscus flowers and orange peel. It's a dark wintery version of our take on the Gose style.

Fresh Hop Porter
5.9% ABV / 20 IBU
A one-off seasonal from the brewery, this rich, full-bodied Porter is fresh-hopped with over six lbs per barrel of Nugget hops from the Weathers Family hop farm. The sweet, dark chocolate malt profile is balanced with a dank hop bite from the fresh hops. This beer is limited.

Beck Berry
8% ABV
This is a once-in-a-lifetime beer from the House of Sour brewers. This NW style sour blends tripels and strong blondes that were lacticly fermented and aged more than a year with blackberries in oak. We then did a secondary inoculation with a recently isolated plumbers strain of Brett called Beckamoyces Aasskraquii. Some sour cherries were blended in to give this beer some pucker. This is a rare beer; once it's gone, it's gone.

Blueberry
7.33% ABV
This NW style sour ale blends wheat and blond ales that were oak aged in barrels for sixth months, then additionally aged four months on fresh blueberries. Huge herbal notes of dense blueberries in the nose give way to hints of oak and a dusty floral note. Rich earthy notes of dark fruit on the palate lead to a tart finish that dries out to a base note of blueberry skins.

Pater
8.12 % ABV

Lil' Bo Peat (Seasonal)
5.6% ABV / 10 IBUs
This peated Scotch blonde is a seasonal release from the brewers and is a prelude to the Scottish beers on the horizon. Light sweet malts and grains greet you on the nose. Soft grasses and grains lend a creaminess to the palate that lead to a light sweet crisp finish with notes of hop spice. Servus!

McShagger
Scottish Strong Ale / 7.9 % ABV / 25 IBUs ( Seasonal) This seasonal offering from the brewers is designed to cut the chill and warm from within. Sweet malts with hints of chocolate and smoked peat greet you in the nose. Dark malts and hints of molasses and chocolate on the palate lead to a creamy finish with notes of peat and whiskey. Slainte!

Scottish IPA (Seasonal)
6.8 % ABV / 50 IBUs
This off-kilter seasonal from the brewers is a showcase for Calypso, Citra and Sorachi Ace hops. Dark citrus, hop spice and caramel malts greet you in the nose. Light peppery notes and a slight hop burn on the palate lead to a lingering hop presence that leaves you wanting more, much like a bagpiper's last note. Slainte!

Black Sheep Stout (Seasonal)
5.8% ABV / 20 IBUs
This easy drinking stout was designed to shepherd you at any time on your beer journey, be that breakfast, lunch or supper. Sweet chocolate and roasted malts greet you in the nose. Smooth round notes of coffee and roasted barley on the palate lead to a creamy dark malt finish with a slight spiced hop bite that lingers like fog in the Highlands. Sláinte!

2011 Winter Gose
5.5% ABV
This NW-style sour ale is our version of a historic German wheat beer style that was nearly lost to time. The winter version is slightly soured and spiced with rose hips, orange peel, cinnamon and sea salt. Soft, creamy wheat and spice greet you in the nose, while a light spice bite and hints of lemon and roses cross the palate. It finishes off with a soft, lingering sour bite and just a slight dusty fruit note.

Cranberry
6.43 ABV
This NW-style sour ale is a seasonal offering that is a blend of two beers that were barrel aged for seven months. The base beer was brewed with 200 lbs. of cranberries, hibiscus and sweet orange peel. One-quarter was additionally barrel aged on cranberries, sweet orange peel and Thai cinnamon. Light sweet floral notes of citrus and pink candy greet you in the nose. Tart dry hints of sweet cranberries and wild strawberries on the palate give way to a pronounced dryness in the finish, with notes of cranberries and hints of vanilla and cinnamon.

2011 Sang Noir
9.2 % / ABV
This NW style sour ale is a blend of red and double red beers that were aged in bourbon and Pinot Noir barrels for 12- 24 months then blended with barrel aged Bing and Sour Pie cherries. Rich dark cherries, dark fruit, bourbon and hints of leather greet you on the nose. Tart dark cherries, dark caramels and hints of port on the palate lead to a bright tart dark cherry finish with hints of oak and bourbon that linger. Servus.
